Savoury Baklava

There are all sorts of savoury and sweet pastries you can make with filo pastry – some are deep-fried, others baked, and some are bathed in syrup like traditional baklava – but, for an impromptu nibble with a drink or a tasty snack, this twist on the sweet version is simple but effective. The saltiness of the feta combined with the kick of chilli, the minty freshness and sweet honey drizzle also work well with whiskies. Over the years we’ve shared savoury
