  • About

Named for Connecticut’s striking white birch trees, this cocktail reflects the state’s natural beauty and colonial heritage. Botanical gin and apricot brandy are a nod to New England’s orchards, while silky egg white and warming nutmeg evoke the cozy charm of historic taverns and autumn forests.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces botanical gin
  • ¾ ounce apricot brandy
  • ¾ o

Method

Add the gin, brandy, lemon juice, syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and continue to shake until well chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a grating of nutmeg.
