Method

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, pineapple-pomegranate shrub, pineapple juice, passion fruit puree, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled hurricane or other tall glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with the lime wheel and mint sprig. Serve.
