  • About

Mississippi’s wild blackberries take center stage in this contemporary twist on a collins. Infused with thyme for a fresh, herbal edge and paired with citrusy brightness from lemon and orange bitters, this drink is light yet complex. Topped with a fresh blackberry garnish, it’s a crisp, vibrant taste of the season.

Ingredients

  • ounces gin
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce</

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Cover and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with the club soda and stir. Garnish with the lemon twist and blackberries. Serve.
