  • 18 fresh water chestnuts, peeled and quartered
  • 1-½ quarts chicken broth
  • 2 bunches

Method

Simmer the water chestnuts in the chicken broth for 10 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients. Add more soy sauce or sesame oil to taste if needed and serve.
