I can’t praise this soup enough: I simply don’t know of any other dish that captures the flavor of lobster better. People who taste it for the first time are amazed; it’s as if they’ve never really tasted lobster before.

The tomato soup can be made a day in advance, but the lobster must be prepared the same day because the lobster coral is very perishable.
