Just to dispel a myth: the only thing frog legs have in common with chicken is that they are white; they have a delicate taste all their own—completely different from chicken.

My favorite way to eat frog legs is to toss them in flour, quickly sauté them in butter or olive oil, and eat them with my fingers. But less experienced frog leg eaters may like them a little more disguised. This soup is a perfect way to capture their flavor and make them easier to eat, both physically and psy
