This is one of those recipes that can double as a soup or a salad depending on the amount of liquid in the cucumbers and on whether or not you add water. In either form this is a wonderfully cool and refreshing dish for summer. This version is designed for lovers of garlic and shouldn’t be eaten before the theater or any other social gathering involving tight spaces.
