Maille tonnato, or pork with tuna mayonnaise, may sound downright weird to many, but I tell you it is delicious! Delicious to the point that, were 100 people to be selected at random to try this dish, I really can’t imagine more than 1 uttering: ‘Ooh, no, it’s yucky!’ With so many mackerel zipping around our coastline, and with it being of the same family as tuna, I have replaced the tuna and subsequently the recipe name.
