  • 12 green king prawns/shrimp
  • 8 small squid, cleaned
  • 40 ml/

Method

  1. Peel and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Cut squid tubes into thick strips lengthwise and carefully score inner flesh diagonally.
  2. Heat both oils in a wok and fry shallots, garlic and chilli over high heat for 30 seconds. Add laksa paste, fish sauce and lemon juice and fry for another minute or so until fragrant.
