  • 12 X 11 cm/ in square spring roll wrappers
  • 1 egg white

Method

  1. To make beef stuffing, heat oil and fry onion and garlic until lightly coloured. Add curry powder and fry for about 2 minutes. Stir in chilli jam and minced beef and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, or until meat is just cooked through. Remove from heat and cool. Mix potato and coriander into cooled meat mixture and season. Allow stuffing to cool completely before
