Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain/all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 200 ml

Method

Work flour into egg in a bowl. Add soda water and mix roughly with a chopstick. Season with salt and pepper. The batter should be slightly lumpy, not smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Add extra soda water if batter looks too thick.
