The following quantities are sufficient for the dishes in this book that include egg noodles. However, if you want to make noodles the feature of a meal, just increase the quantities — simply multiply the ingredients as required.
Blend all ingredients, except rice flour, in a food processor until dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
