Performing an old-fashioned task like canning is so satisfying and really not that hard.
Sanitize jars by boiling them in a water bath for 10 minutes. Carefully remove with canning tongs and set upright on clean paper towels; keep jars warm.
In a large stock pot, combine strawberries, ¼ cup water, and lemon juice over high heat; stir in pectin. Bring to a hard boil. Keep stirring to prevent burning. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil. Continue stirring and boiling for 1
