Everyone loves a good caprese salad, and this is the strawberry version! It’s pretty, sweet, and savory. For a larger crowd, serve this caprese atop a bed of salad greens. If you’re taking this dish to a party, carry the prepared ingredients in separate containers, and assemble the salad once you arrive.

Method

In a medium-size bowl, gently combine strawberries and honey. Taste for desired sweetness. Add basil and mozzarella; drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, and gently toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Divide salad among 4 plates.
