Pizza and brownies are popular favorites, so I combined the two ideas to create this fun dessert, using brownies for the crust, fruit slices in place of pepperoni, and white chocolate instead of mozzarella.

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray
¾ cup butter
4½ ounces unsweetened chocolate

Method

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease pizza pan with cooking spray.

Melt butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler. Stir until mixture is glossy and smooth. Let cool for 1 minute.

Stir sugar, eggs, and vanilla into chocolate mixture. Transfer to a medium-size mixing
