Despite their name, Glamorgan sausages have absolutely no meat in them, so they are ideal for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The ‘sausages’ can be prepared up to a day in advance, then cooked when needed. Breadcrumbs can be made quickly in a blender or food processor, but if you haven’t got one, tear the bread apart with your hands.
