Use this warm-flavoured dressing on strong or bitter salads such as frisée, dandelion, batavia or oak leaf lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to 1½ tbsp

Method

If you find the shallots too strong, wash them in a small sieve and then shake them dry. Mix all the ingredients together and season well.
