Method

In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat. Fry the onion in the hot oil for about 3 minutes, or until soft. Add the minced meat to the onion, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Brown for 5 minutes, or until it is completely cooked and the moisture has evaporated.
