Delicious with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
Purée the onion, garlic, tomatoes and parsley in a food processor until smooth and combined.
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with tomato paste, ground paprika, chilli flakes, pomegranate molasses, oil, salt and pepper. Add the purée from the food processor to the meat mixture. Knead everything by hand until the ingredient
