This is not really a dressed-up salad, but more a pretty plate of Pakistani salad essentials (which would almost always be homegrown in my parents’ garden). The simplicity and freshness of the ingredients complements all Pakistani dishes. Use them fresh, cut them rustically.

Ingredients

  • 10 radishes, finely sliced
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped

Method

Assemble the salad in a serving bowl and top with lemon juice, cumin and salt.
