The addition of dried red chilli flakes makes these dehydrated mango fruit leathers deliciously moreish – and a challenge to eat when the heat kicks in rather unexpectedly. You can make these in a dehydrator if you have one, however it works perfectly on a very low temperature in the oven. This is more of a treat than a dessert.
