Peppermint Cream Ice

To me, this is a dangerous dessert, for it is one which I cannot have too much of. I find myself eating two or three helpings at the meal and then, if any is left over, sneaking back to the freezer afterwards when no one is looking. It is a richly creamy, peppermint ice cream, which is turned out like a cake, and it sandwiches a surprise layer of chocolate peppermint creams. I think you will understand why I can’t resist it.
