Also known as Nøddehorn, Almond Cloud Cookies, Almond Crescents, or Mandelhörnchen, Almond Horns are popular across Northern Europe and Scandinavia, although their precise origin is unclear.

Flourless, gluten- and dairy-free, with a taste a bit like marzipan, these little “horns” are wickedly dense, ye
