The inspiration for this recipe came from the all-American summertime treat, ‘S’mores’. These are traditionally made around a campfire, in which marshmallow is toasted until it is nearly black and bubbly before being carefully slid on to a biscuit with a piece of chocolate on it. Another biscuit is used to sandwich it all together and the treat is ready. This recipe does not require the marshmallow to be burnt, only uses one biscuit and aims for a more attractive finish, but the ingredients
