Smoked salmon is a favourite tapa ingredient - be sure to use the best you can find for this simple tapa.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 slice cooked ham
  • 12 broad beans<

Method

  1. Toast the bread and on each slice place a quarter of the ham, folded to fit the bread, and 3 broad beans.
  2. Cover each tapa with a generous amount of alioli, then garnish with a little smoked salmon at each end before placing under a hot grill for 15-20 seconds.
