Ingredients

  • 4 slices French bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green pepper<

Method

  1. Lightly toast the slices of French bread on each side until golden.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Quickly fry the green pepper slices.
  3. Put a piece of ham on each toast, shaping it to fit. Then position the pepper strips on top.
