A wonderfully salty tapa - the sheep’s cheese and anchovy combine to create a powerful flavour. Ideal as an appetiser.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices French bread
  • 4 slices sheep’s cheese
  • 4 anchovy

Method

  1. Lightly toast the slices of French bread on each side until golden.
  2. Lay a slice of sheep’s cheese on each toast, and then top with an anchovy fillet.
