Ingredients

  • 100 g ( oz) pitted black olives
  • 200 ml (7

Method

  1. Prepare the black olive oil by mixing the olives and oil in a blender until the olives are finely chopped.
  2. Just before serving, place the artichoke hearts on a plate and pour the black olive oil over them.
