This is wonderfully quick to make. It tastes delicious, scented and unusual and it looks lovely. If you can get any of the fruit fresh all the better, but you will need to add sugar. Most large supermarkets sell tinned exotic fruit in their delicatessen section.
Just empty all the tins into a serving bowl and add the juice of ½ to 1 lemon. Add white rum or Kirsch to taste.
