  • About

This aioli packs a serious heat punch to your taste buds. The scotch bonnet pepper is similar to the habanero pepper in taste. It has lots of heat and a subtle sweetness and is commonly used in Jamaican cuisine. The heat of this creamy condiment is real, but so is the explosive flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

In a food processor or blender, combine the Scotch bonnet, garlic, water, honey and mustard and process until smooth.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and blended mixture. Add the salt and whisk together until smooth and evenly combined.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
