• 3 large egg whites, at room temperature
• ¾ cup sugar (superfine is preferred, but granulated sugar is all that is avail

Preheat the oven to 200°F (see Note). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Make sure there is no egg yolk in the egg whites (see Note), and then beat the egg whites with an electric
