  • 2 tablespoons diced ham
  • 1 tablespoon diced pineapple
  • 1 tab

Method

Combine the ham, pineapple, and onion in a cast-iron frying pan over medium heat and sauté for 5 minutes over low to medium heat. Add the mustard, ketchup, salt, sugar, and balsamic vinegar, and stir to combine. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens to a chunky paste, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
