Slice each piece of bread lengthwise so that there are four pieces of bread, two pieces for each sandwich. Spread half the mustard on the bottom slice of each sandwich and half the mayonnaise on the top slice. Split the ham, pork, cheese, and pickles between the two sandwiches, and layer them between the bread slices.
Spread the butter on the outside of the closed sandwiches and preheat
