  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled

Heat a large frying pan over high heat and add the olive oil. Mince or press 4 of the garlic cloves and add to the hot oil. Lower the heat to medium and sauté the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the drained tomato pulp and basil leaves and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes over medium heat.
