Combine the butter, honey, and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan over medium heat to melt. While the syrup is melting, peel the fruits and cut into ½-inch cubes. Add the fruit to the syrup and lower to a simmer. Cook, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Discard the cinnamon stick.
The fruit can be plated immediately or allowed to cool in the syrup and refrigerated for several hours. Serve warm
