  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons (½ stick) salted butter, melt

Method

Preheat the grill to high. Brush 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil on the grill so the fish does not stick.

While the grill is heating, mix the butter with the remaining
