  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100 g

Method

Mix the first three ingredients in a food processor, then add lobster, a dash of cayenne, salt and pepper, and process briefly.

Chill before serving with oatcakes or roast.
