  • 200 g self-raising flour, sifted
  • 150 g fresh brown breadcrumbs

Method

Mix the first 9 ingredients together in a bowl with a pinch of salt, adding a little more milk if necessary to get the correct consistency: you want a stiff yet dropping consistency.
