Prepare the mise en place, taking care that the water is about 67°F (19 °C) and the whole eggs and egg yolks are at room temperature.
Combine the flour, water, whole eggs, egg yolks, honey, yeast, and salt in the bowl of a standing electric mixer fitted with the hook. Mix on low speed for about 5 minutes, or until the dough starts to become shaggy (mixed, but not smooth in textur
