Prepare the mise en place.
Combine the brown rice, white rice, almond, and tapioca flours with the salt and xanthan gum in a large mixing bowl, stirring with a wooden spoon to combine.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the water, eggs, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice together. Stir in the yeast until just combined. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, stirring with
