This is an acquired taste! The granulated texture in the mouth can be tricky. I am not a major fan of it but my mother loves it. She also raves about the digestive health qualities.
In a dry frying pan, toast the linseeds for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Take off the heat and transfer to a bowl to cool. When cool, grind the linseeds with a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
In a blender, combine the ground seeds with the water and the honey to taste. Blend for 5 seconds.
Serve and drink soon after. If it has been sitting for a while, give it a quick stir before
