  • 200 g / 7 oz sticky (glutinous) rice
  • 175 ml/6

Method

  1. Prepare the sticky rice and place in a bowl.
  2. Heat the coconut milk with the sugar and salt until the sugar has dissolved, then pour the coconut milk mixture over the rice and stir well.
  3. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
