Beansprouts with tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soybean paste
  • 1 red onion

Method

  1. Heat some oil in a wok or heavy-based frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and soybean paste for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the onion, chilli, tomatoes, spring onions and beansprouts and stir-fry for another couple of minutes.
  3. Pour onto a serving dish, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
