- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soybean paste
- 1 red onion
- Heat some oil in a wok or heavy-based frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and soybean paste for about 1 minute.
- Add the onion, chilli, tomatoes, spring onions and beansprouts and stir-fry for another couple of minutes.
- Pour onto a serving dish, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
