  • 3 fresh lemon grass stalks, white part only, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat some oil in a wok or heavy-based frying pan and stir-fry the lemon grass and garlic for a minute or so.
  2. Add the beans, celery and chopped chilli and stir-fry for another minute or so.
  3. Add the red pepper and asparagus and mix well, then cover and leave to steam for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chilli sauce, fish sauce and Golden Mountain or Magg
