These miniature kebabs are popular all over South-East Asia, and they are especially delicious when cooked on a barbecue. The peanut dipping sauce is a perfect partner for the marinated chicken.

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast portions

Method

  1. First, make the satay sauce. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, then check the seasoning and add more salt or lime juice if necessary. Spoon the sauce into a bowl, cover with clear film (plastic wrap) and set aside.
