These are really simple and very delicious. No matter how many you make, there are never any left.
Mix the flour, garlic, cumin, onion salt, celery seed, cayenne, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add the butter and cut in until the mixture resembles fine meal. Gradually mix in enough ice water to form a dough that just comes together. Do not overmix. Divide the dough in half; flatten each half into a rectangle. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
