Schatze’s Corn Pudding

Andy’s mother, Schatze, has been making this delicious pudding for decades. It is always the children’s favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. In fact, this dish is part of nearly every family celebration in the Blue house. The recipe calls for canned creamed corn. Generally, we like to make things from scratch and not use prepared foods, but we have tested this recipe with freshly made creamed corn, and there is no appreciable difference in the final product.
