Maddie’s Praline Sweet Potatoes

Maddie Katz has been making and refining this luscious recipe for nearly thirty years. It is a crowd pleaser and, although it is finished with sugar, it does a good job of showcasing the true sweet potato flavor. The Orange Sauce gives the dish an additional subtlety that is quite appealing. If desired, though, the potatoes can be served without the sauce.
