This is a concentrated and intensely flavored natural jelly. Instead of using a jar or other container in step 3, a mold can be used. This makes for a decorative presentation at the holiday table.

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring to mix thoroughly. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
